Night Fighting Ability

Consider this,
Currently, we have one night fighter for the American faction, the P-61 Black Widow. We also have one night fighter for the German faction, but I forget its name. In time, however, we will have at least one night fighter for every faction in the game.
Historically, the whole reason to fly missions at night was to use the darkness to launch a surprise on the enemy, drop supplies to resistance fighters, or to do tactical stuff. I suggest that we add a night fighting ability to all night fighting aircraft. This ability would make night fighters invisible and reduce damage received by other fighters and flak. I think that the ability should have a medium cost cool down and low duration to incentivize quick “hit-and-run” type missions. Perhaps a cool down of 4 and a duration 3 turns?
