Flavour is secondary when it comes to techs.

We don't need more hp to e.g. cavalier or vanguard shield knight.

But for steppe faction to have higher hp mounted units, where they will be severly lacking in foot units - why not?

nice! then what about steppe breeding instead of nomadic breeding?

I for one believe that tech needs to have phrase "horse breeding" to avoid misunderstandings.
Just Nomadic/Steppe Breeding would suggest they themselves develop some great techniques of breeding, but I believe Kama Sutra is from India.

I on the other hand prefer Steppe Horse Breeding for being more descriptive in the name itself. But I'm fine with either.

I prefer nomadic horse breeding

if its gonna be only for steppe units, then i think steppe horse breeding is better...nomadic could include arabic and sahara nomas as well as others from other parts of the world
