elite maceman tech still not aviable in barracks

just updated the game and elite maceman tech is still not aciable at barrackas...
The change is definitely in my assets.
I must have messed something when making only fixes pack.
Maybe didn't run python script that one last time?
Anyway next update is coming with it inside (and a lot more).
