Yaren clan Northern village~how to win?(solved)

How can i win the arena fight?
So far i got my spear range upgraded and i got the chapel.But i cant seem to win(they manage to destroy my chapel before i can destroy their catedral)
Did i miss some event? Or possible upgrade

Talk to villagers (walk) I don't remember who do what... But a few of them will help you( read the message some need the mine cart)
There is still a trigger after the duel so you need to end fast if you want 3 stars

Destroy structure(based on hint) , you will find sth. Investigate your house, you will find sth(stat) changed. This map is quite interesting. Use gold cart wisely.
