Single Player Newbie Challenge #6--You Have Lost

When playing this map, I am getting you have lost notices and the game stops, when there is no rule other than eliminate all enemies.
This happens on various turns a few times while i was winning (even on turn 5.)
No idea why this is happening and pretty frustrating as I cannot progress to #7.
