I m not sure if it is too much far fetch but how about japanese castle besides the basic 3 action fire arrows, also get this unique ability:

Summon ninja
Cooldown 4 turns

Tech cost: 6 turns

Historically ninja were spies and mercenaries and at some time the shogunate used to summon them to do their dirty work and suppress rival families, so may b a tech named like ninja loyalty, iga clan support which basically will unlock the above spell

Unlike roman aux summon which works for factories, japan ninja summon will only work for japanese mega castle

I agree with this idea. Does summoning from a multi-tiled unit work as expected (in terms of range) or is this the first time something like that would be made?

I believe there was the elve mega from AOF that does the same thing and from the last time, I think there indeed was a problem.

Also, tried to make the stairs look stairs for my eyes.

I still didn't manage to review all units propositions.

For this one - particularly - very nice image.

As for exact proposition - if it's supposed to have increased production, then it has to have some disadvantage to balance it out.
Otherwise we'll see only this ones.

I am not sure if lack of trebuchet shot is enough to balance it out.

I think it has to be some part affecting production, like lack of trebuchet.

Half HP is kinda too much since Japanese castles as also known to also be quite sturdy being their walls directly leaning against the Earth and although many parts being made of wood are quite resistant to fires.

Not sure if this a good idea though Japanese samurai are quite great on siege on their own... Though now that the carts are being nerfed... Not sure anymore.

The only thing I know about Japanese sieges is that they don't really seem to use range siege units so this kinda make sense on the other hand.

Maybe Palisades or siege tower, mantle and ram instead?

Btw u can directly put infantry from a wagon into a siege tower in the front line right? Or is this nerfed too?
