Dido should have medium aa

Reason being that it's main gun was specifically put to be able to be an AA. Based from the wiki, it's main gun was intended to fire of the the heaviest suitable AA
And even when they change some of the dido class main guns to lower 4.5 inch, it was said to be that it just made it even better as AA.
Even it's light AA arnament was radar guided.The 5.25-inch (133 mm) gun was primarily a surface weapon, but it was intended to fire the heaviest shell suitable for anti-aircraft defence and accounted for around 23 aircraft and saw off far more.
