Seiran plane

They should be able to be inside i400 but currently, it's not able to.

This doesn't need to wait for Jasondunkel since it really is specifically made to operate from I400 submarine.

yes, it should work when it is surfaced right?
also u see the problem? eg. which carry setting is wrong ?

Banzai said in aoww comment section that it's not getting healed inside I400.

The bug is that it's not getting healed.
I believe that all plane Garrison should have repaired them normally.
