This plane should just be on map editor or fun games.

It was a plane that is only on paper. Even if it was to be made, it can only be done after the war.

Another point is that If Vampire which is a plane that has been flying since ww2 but is only introduced after war and has been removed as buildables, this should also be the case for this wonder weapon which wouldn't really also work in real life and is even in the worst state for it's production.

we let build "only planned" units too, i watn the game to be "interesting" this way too so we can try out non existing but planned designs.
