B17 IMPLEMENTED

I compared it's stats to other German plane and found out that this plane has really high cost compared to it's stats. Pls see Dornier Do217 compared to b17 stats
If you also looked both of their Wikipedia links, you would find that a Dornier Do217 is not faster to be made than b17. B17 is like a staple aircraft that US can easily produced in short time after all.
It's max speed based on Wikipedia also states that it should have 8 speed so if the speed is reduced like in Heinkel He111 and many more German bomber, it should have 6-7 and not 5.
