The bonus given by the drummer and ensign does not stack properly on units. It accumulates on some of them, while others are only affected by one, even though they are within range.

For example drummer effect doesnt work on Voulgier never

its because some units are moved to different nations, like voulgier is moved to nordic hall, so voulgier can b buffed by bard, but not drummer/blacksmith, meanwhile the other units that are not nordic, can no longer b buffed by bards
