Centaur affected by extra techs which must not

Centaur is affected by several techs which must not affect it:
Nature tech
Mount and bow tech in bow form
Fencing finesse tdchs in melee form
Precision shot techs in bow form

Only techs which must affect it are:
Weapon techs
Bow techs in bow form

but why is it affected - if via categories than we are in big trouble...
i can not remove centaur from standard categories...

+27 attack in melee form and +21 in ranged form is too powerful for 6 turn cost unit. Either we need to increase that cost up to 10-12 turns or remove from these techs.

Sincerely — 51 attack and 9 range on unit with 200 hp, 6 speed and whom you can train right after you complete very first archery range is so powerful. Glade sentry and glade aegis are locked behind sub and do not have such amount of toughness.
And this unit at the end of turn also can change weapon to melee so he can't be killed by enemy skirmishers.

maybe we can make categories like
- U_BUFFS_NONE (non of the buffing techs apply)
- U_BUFFS_BASIC (only smithing techs apply)


and we can exclude these categories from those techs and buffings.
Q1: which unit are also like this so we can set the category on all.
Q2: which techs/effects should have these exclusions

In the first place why nature tech affects it?
That tech must affect plants and animals ONLY. Nobody else.

Mount and bow tech better to change so it affects not "Sylvan" in general but "elves" specifically since it must be for mounted elves (including elves from subs), not for any mounted unit of elves — centaurs for example. Or maybe add "not beastfolks" or how that sub for them will be called.
