I got swamped on all alternative balancing and changes, so please notify me if anyone sees a topic
a) that came to a conclusion: i mean there is an accepted solution and only waits to be made (OR if you have permission you can set ACCEPTED_SOLUTION in the topic title)
b) seems stuck - so it needs me to decide or something

if i get these notifications i can either quickly make the changes, or i can go check the topic and push it a way to get a conclusion.

i came to check and i see 20 open topics,
any of them is on a consensus?

i would love to implement them.

Also i found a few that is not even balance topic, please post here only balance problems (that are currently problem in game balance).
so any topic that a "new idea" or "nicer would be" or "wrong as should be someting else based on xls" things please post under issues/unit suggestions/others section.

i try to clear the balanc esetion and all suggestions that is not balance moving in issues or others or unit suggestions sections
