Woodshaper Bug

Since new update Woodshaper no longer can mend anything, and all my elf games get thrashed because of this. Please fix quickly.
He is not supposed to mend unfinished buildings in the first place — only finished ones.
That thing was finally fixed recently.
Alas other thing if he can not mend finished and damaged buildings or ents — that will be a very serious problem.
