PBY Catalina should be allowed torpedoes

The PBY Catalina was capable of carrying, and did use torpedoes. This plane sunk thousands of tons of shipping during the war, not only with bombs, but also with torpedoes. How to add photos? I have pictures of Catalina carrying and deploying torpedoes mounted under the wings.
