Churchill tank should be removed from heavy tank categorization IMPLEMENTED

Reasons
Churchill tank is not a heavy tank, it's an infantry tank
Panther is considered as medium tank even though it's even heavier than Churchill tank
I know germans have a diff standards but for the game sense, it doesn't make sense.

Putting the churchill to medium tanks section will be a nerf. Tank destroyers has more damage bonus on non-heavy tanks. So it may need more armor/hp?

the armour and hp is determined by the xls nothing will change. but the fact that they can be built right away without having to research the heavy armour area certainly makes it more interesting.

churchilkl tank (mk IV and VII) is medium tank from now.
