I don't know how to properly describe it in the title but Fritzx is definitely OP.

It somehow has more range than other surface torpedo even though the reality is opposite.

Torpedoes should have longer range than Fritx.

It's CD is also same as other torpedo even though it has much bigger damage.

I believe that either make the other torpedo have bigger range or down the Fritzx range to 1 and increase its CD to 4.

Yep its definitely op at the moment. Even though its a guided bomb, the allies were able to develop electronic counter measure for it.

yes, the range is a bit far. but at 5km it should have a range of 2.
