Bofors 40 should have 3-4 actions per turn

Flak 88 have 15-20rpm = 1 action
Flak 40 have double barrel (same system as flak 88) = 2 action)
(kinda doesn't make sense that it have 2 shots when it's damage is also too high)
Soviet 85mm AA have 10-12rpm = 1 action
QF 3.7inch have 10-20rpm = 1 action
Japanese type 99 AA have 15 rpm = action
Bofors 40 l60 = 120-140rpm = 1 action!!!
Before 40 l70 = 200- 300rpm = 1action??
All of those besides the flak 40 have rpm not really higher than 20. But let's look at the rpm of Bofors. It have an rpm of 120-140!!! The bofors l70 on the other hand have 200-300 rpm!!!
5-15 times the amount of the others. Its fast firing is so significant that I believe that it should be represented.
