Repair nanobots IMPLEMENTED

Gives reptilian vehicles (planes too?) a 10% hp regen, cost 7, unlocked after the improved vehicle construction tech

I would not like flying saucers and Vectors to be repaired.

This is possible only if Human and insects have repair airfields under construction.

I would like all races (including reptilians) to have constructable non-factory buildings that can repair aircrafts.
Humans have vtol fortresses (10 hp for one plane for 8 turns). 10% regen is only ~ 5 hp per turn for the vector (vs flat 10 from airports), and this requires a lot of research.
