Stratego asked me to renamed them to the current file name so that they can be implemented but since you made new versions, I didn't have their file and didn't include them.

You should email stratego about the file names and rename them I guess.

This is outrageous. Suddenly, all submerged subs have now become lower in speed than type 21.

All my suggestions about subs... Thrown to nothing then suddenly... This super big change came without even a discussion.

What happened?
quite simply all your data for speed were taken over
and that's what the xls gave.

I set it up so that all people who don't use the dev version can get a feel for how it works

I can't believe that the German submarine surfaced as quickly as it appeared. if it were a US boat or a JP then they would have this speed. like your surfaced gato uboot now has speed 5

if everyone has the data then we can all discuss.

and then decide to do it with one shot, like you did with your suggestion for the concrete artillery and AA, and then change it again

Both of those are not my idea.

And I still can't agree to this. I don't know how the math was set up, but it seems that it only affected the submerged version.

And in there, there are speed the are quite significant in comparison to each other which is why I cant agree to that. Like 11kms to 17-19 is already far for me in sub terms.
