There's no use in buying the dunkerque class ship cause richelieu is really just better

So I suggest to just exchange their position Richelieu being the upgrade and dunkerque being the free battleship

Or to change the production time....? Because the two are not the same ship even if they are very similar.

They aren't the same, even in game.
Their production time is also diff and making one of them have +-1 would be either too nerfed or too buffed.
