Panzer IV ausf. F1 (for industry II) IMPLEMENTED

I. A panzer IV upgrade for tech II with better armour and performance than D. Altough I suggested about the panzer IV F2/G since it can also be added for tech II, but it will had the same stats as the J; so it cannot be added. It was the same case as the H suggestion, because some performance detail can't be applied in the in-game stats (e.g. the turret rotation speed).
Note that the images below are just edited from the default image in-game. By @BrenoHenrique if I am not mistaken.
II. Edited image of panzer IV J. It is based from the early version with the missing side skirt (not sure if it is accurate). Upon browsing the re-image of the Panzer IV, the current panzer IV J image was actually for Panzer IV G image. That is why it has no sideskirt on the turret.
