Balancing Changelog ANSWERED

Basically this game's continued development has really went into overdrive (thanks dev, much appreciated) and has left me unable to keep track on what's currently ongoing or not.
Is the following issues/units/rebalances concepts/changes in the works or rejected or in favour of a better idea...
-Mines: Not sure what is with mines as of right now, I do recall seeing something talked about naval mines clearing ability but was that accepted or rejected?
-AA: Currently discussing for naval ships. As for current land AA range or attack balancing pretty sure it has been rejected.
-Medics and Medic tents: Ignoring my overly complicated ideas, is there balancing changes currently planned for medics? Medic tents shouldn't be counted an industry? (Cons, Medic spam)
-Anti tank rifleman and Anti tank Bazookas: As of right now, inferior to SMG units. Any balancing plans for them? Giving them maybe an ability or something? Double attack?
-Engineers Building from inside bunkers: Idea was acknowledged by dev, but not implemented. Feedback and ideas welcomed.
-Artillery and AA pieces moving faster on roads: Idea acknowledged but not implemented. Feedback and ideas welcomed.
-Towns health and defence: Not really discussed yet other than possible razoring mechanic. Any plans or ideas for such?
-Settlements, Towns and Cities, as well Capital Cities: Idea raised, didn't gain enough support. Feedback and ideas?
-Paratroopers converting back into aircraft mode: Idea raised but wasn't implemented. Progress?
-Tank Bluff: Discussed about bluffing armour not sure progress, great idea. What about first strike against all infantry except anti tank infantry if you are looking to bluff tanks overall.
-Recon planes ability: Idea raised. Give recon planes stealth.
Or give them a comms station like ability from AoM.
