When you nuke the ships on water, they make fallout on the water which is impossible for the water units to move through and allows ground units to move through it. Seems like an oversight.
Please make it so that water units can pass through while ground units cant. Please note that the opposite cant happen where ships can go to land which has fallout.
Lastly, a way to fix fallout would be nice so that nuked places can be fixed.

Well considering all the water evaporates after a nuclear explosion and ships cant move on dry lands, so...

And how do u fix a fallout? Collect fresh land from somewhere else and fill up the crater area to make it usable again? While hoping the radiation has a short half life such that it will b negligible within days?
