Greys have developed a neurochip that can learn from battles. The neurochip then increases alpha battle instinct thus increasing their damage and survivability after they kill an enemy. However the neurochips have a limited lifespan and stop functioning after the time is up
Unlocks an ability for the grey technicians to apply a temporary effect to an infantry/big creature that gives it pernament +1 attack and +2 max hp when killing an unit.
