The Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion, designated S-80E by the manufacturer, is a heavy transport helicopter created by the American company Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation for the United States Marine Corps. It is the largest helicopter in service with the United States Armed Forces, and is in fact the largest US-made aircraft of this type to date. It was developed from the CH-53 Sea Stallion, mainly by adding a third engine.

If the software you are using supports layers, it might help to draw an elipse/oval where the rotor will spin to help get a consistent path for the blades to follow.

i think not the ellipse is the problem but that the "center" of the rotor moves up and down ina few frames
