Is "bigrailgun" the at HAP troopers? And biglazergun the normal ones?
What is unit_hum_inf_swat?
Also I think the skin for railgunners looks too similar to the missile troopers.

Similar looking units are easy to confused, we should try to avoid it. The railgun orginal image also has a much different looking weapon, not alike a missile launcher.

I can't change their railgun as the HAP railgun has the same one so it's easier to change rocket launchers. Also, railguns for railgunners are currently different, as far as I understand.

? The AT HAP railguns don't need to be the same as the railgunners', in fact I'd rather the HAP troopers had much heavier looking guns.
I dont think changing the missile troopers' image fixes anything, the railgunners' guns still look like personal missile launchers.

Like heavy railguns, why not? This should not affect the speed in any way, since rocket launchers have the same movement speed as railguns. Also, I don't see any discrepancies with the description. With the same success, one can say that hlg and beam gun are too similar and can be confused. Besides, it's just a skin.
