I talked with @Stratego (dev) and he agreed on the fact that the infantry at 37 mm should be buffed because it was not a simple at rifle like the name in game say.

Indeed, it was used as gun to destroy machine gun nest and infantry positions and during world War 2 would be able to stop a panzer I and ii at short distance.

So it is why I propose two things :

Change the rifle in its name to gun
To put an attack power of 7 as referred in the at gun excel sheet.

And I think it is all.
