To Help the Tournament - Multi-player Turn Wait

I was thinking of an option that can adjust the turn wait (default is 24 hr) so the game creator can choose how long the wait is. Also maybe there can be a "tournament" default setting - like 2-4 hr wait time with a "sleep option". The "sleep option" increases the wait time to 8 hr, and can be activated every 18 hr.
