Dido and other cruisers might have wrong AA

I have looked at and compared the AA of Dido, Deutschland, Hipper, and even the battleship Bismarck and Scharnhorst.
I found out that Dido definitely have the wrong AA and is stronger and has better range than all other ships said here.
For comparison of their biggest AAs
Deutschland Cruiser
8.8cm AA (9k km range)
Hipper Class Cruiser - Bismarck BS - Scharnhorst PBS
10.5cm AA (9.5k km range)
Dido class cruiser
13.3cm AA (11k km range)

Illustrous carrier also have the same issue compared to the german ships involved.

if we took the german main gun as aa than the range would be higher

You misunderstood.
Dido main gun is double purpose as AA and AS while german main gun is not and only for other ships.
Dido main gun can shoot planes but not the germans.
Also, for AA. You said that you take their effective range and not maximum range.
Even if max range is compared for AA role. Dido still outclassed your examples.
So with that, I think we can agree that there is indeed a mistake here.
