i love them very much!
i am not sure about the angle though, if same as other ships in game than they are AWESOME!

Will the helicopter cruiser also be able to spawn at least one helicopter?

Okay. Compare that to independce class carrier that Costs 5 turns, kills 3 planes a turn and spawns 4 planes.okay, it's a mega building.
But there might be a niche for an helicopter Carrier that is not a mega building. Useful to Attack Islands, Land troops, etc.
