US 120mm AA is lacking enough to not be used

For being a "Super heavy Anti Air" it definitely doesnt live out for its name.
Here is the issue Im talking about.
The US 120mm m1 super heavy aa should have the same bonus as flak 88 at the least. Since both have quite similar in use if not the us being better.
