Re. Battle of Inchon

I can't finish it. What does occupy the port mean?
I have taken Inchon city.
I have killed all enemy units.
I have surrounded the shipyard - I can do nothing to it, not attack, not bomb, not tank or arty attack, not occupy with inf, vechicles, ships, choppers. - nothing!
I'm going crazy. Please please help me???!!!!

I had the same issue and the only way to end it is to buy a kill unit trick and to apply it on the port building. I am sorry it will cost some gold.
