Balance changes and fixes:
Space missiles can only move on the turn they were summoned
Space missile sight reduced to 3
Space ships sight increased to equal their movement
Attack of harrier missile decreased to 12, bonus increased to 60%, speed decreased to 6
Pyreflies bonus increased to 100%
