Coffin

A cheap building for undead.
20 health.
0/10 armor.
1 carry capacity.
+5 hp to inside unit every turn.

Ability: the sprite/art for empty and occupied coffin is the same, so the attacker cannot determine if a coffin is empty, or if it has a golden swordsman inside.

It would add a tone of caution and fear when going against undead, as you cannot determine which coffins are empty and which has nasty units inside.

Graves have carry capacity and ability to heal already.
Not sure if coffin should have same functionality.

Also it will be confusing not only for enemy but also for owner of coffin so i do not accept that.

I feel like it would be pretty useless without fog of war. even with fog, archers and other range units can easily destroy it even with the decent pierce armor. The best it can do is act as extra health for skeles.
