Hi everyone.

Again I need help on a map.
I can't solve map 4, "The Encirclement" in the Descent Campaign.

I tried many times and found a way to defend the chapel in the upper left corner. So much for that.

But how am I supposed to hold the Castle in the center of the map?
The enemy troops are so large in number that all my units die after some turns and it seems impossible to make the critical unit reach the chapel.
I know that in the last update, the number of shots for a castle has been reduced from 3 to 2 (unless you research Additional Defenders) but I think even with one extra shot per turn, I would not be able to survive any longer.

Any hints?

Thanks. Chacked again. No hints. Currently not winnable.(although it is possible to stand near the chapel...) I remember I checked before...but completely forgot it......

Fixed. I added some units & optional triggers to make the map more challenging.

I have seen the new map layout. Quite a change!
I did not try it yet, but already saw the new triggers for upgraded difficulty. Nice idea!

Hi again,

now I have played that map many times, but I'm still not able to beat it, not even getting close to survival.
Holding the chapel is not the problem, but I cant protect the prince from the onrush of enemies.

I guess this whole campaign is just too difficult for me. I'll leave it now, it's too frustrating to keep failing without even a clue of how it can be done.
