As some players noticed, the are bombing from bombers seems to often fail against submerged subs. This is a New thing. The success rate of that bombing is written as 100 per cent, the sub doesn't have action résistance.
So, is this intentional ?
I tested again and it also appears against buildings.

I don't think that bombers or any multirole aircraft's bombing ability can attack submarines as they are submerged and even if its been spotted . once a air to ground missile from Westland lynx could attack submerged submarine. it is weird.

Oh, that is yet to be fixed. Only anti-submarine weapons should be capable to deal significant damage towards submerged submarines.

I see. But then we need more anti sub marine planes/helicopters in my opinion
