Inquisitor cannot Excommunicate or heal

Whichever game I play, inquisitor cannot heal my units or Excommunicate. Though he can demoralize or convert. Also I want to ask do mines randomly vanish while being built? And miners?

it can only self heal ny definition, excommunicate idk. @Endru1241 ?

mines cannot b built in an area around other mines, they need to b placed at a certain distance from the next mine
