Aqueducts for fractions.
Is it possible to make the opposite of bridges, that would allow passage of water units over land, in the form of buildings for all races?

Don't canals do this?

Canals are too expensive, and also not buildings. Aqueducts, on the other hand, can be set at a cost of 2-3 due to the fact that they can be easily destroyed by destroying the ship located in them.
