V2 buff IMPLEMENTED

Add an aoe of 1 with I guess 50-75% spread.
Fun to use but so underwhelming.

do you mean it should have "splash aura" damage?
The v1 and v2 were also disappointing.

The v1 and v2 were also disappointing.
We can make splash damage there, but then I would only want to have the bonus like field guns or artillery. The said 50-75% is too much, v1 and v2 weren't really good
