Idea posted on Discord,a technology to increase the ability power of insectoid machines by +2, mainly affecting the laser skills that are what they use most,The technology will be researched at the Insectoid Machinery Factory for 5 shifts.


Technology description:The insectoids developed more sophisticated and efficient energy cells and were more compact, allowing them to store more energy in their war machinery vehicles as a way of alternative of trying to compete with enemy machinery as a counterpart to the simpler and less advanced war machinery in energy weapons.

Seems fine, I think it can cost 4 since its for very limited amount of units.

Yes, units with laser abilities are few and far between at the moment,so the technology being cheaper makes sense.
