Meth, Penicillin and D-IX

Japanese and Germans used meth, with the Germans inventing D-IX later in the war. The Allies could get Penicillin. If there is any better drug suggestions that the nations used, please tell.
As for it usage in game, I am think perhaps we could give it to our poor medics whom in my opinion don't support infantry that well (because most infantry die before they can get healed).
Of course, D-IX and Penicillin would be locked in industry 3 tech. Meth would be available at the start of the game, and perhaps another alternative drug could be used e.g. morphine for nations that did not use drugs for their soldiers e.g. Italy.
The effects would be temporary, and the medic skill have a cooldown e.g. 3 turns.
Update: Pussinboots made some tech images for penicillin and Meth, ability icon (the image for pressing the ability) is still needed.
