Unit Conversion is Broken ANSWERED

Recently I've noticed that the "Convert" Spell is not working how it should. The effect should be that the "target enemy unit is converted to your side", but instead, it just sets the target enemy's HP to 1. I've also noticed that this issue is consistent across multiple units with this ability.

if enemy have "loyalty" invented than conversions will work like this.
this is not bug but feature.
