Fungal carrier IMPLEMENTED

Very tanky (now that we have fighters with no anti air bonus that can actually happen without being ridiculous) air unit, pretty slow. Looks similar to the mushroom harbour. Spawns small aerial funguy with a small cooldown that are fast and do good damage to only air (not one shot all air though), low hp. Maybe those die on attack. Cost of the unit would be 8 like other elite fighters.
