Elves - Feral Wyvern OP

What makes it OP?
- It can move almost freely across the map (flying).
- Since it is quick to produce and requires no tech, you can start spamming it early in the game. Eventually almost filling half of the map because it is so cheap yet durable.
It’s not particularly strong, but it is tough enough to make it invasive, which makes it annoying.
Therefore, i believe it needs to be nerfed.
Suggestions:
- Increase production cost from 2 to 3.
- Reduce HP and armor.
Or:
- Require a tech upgrade to make it producible.
