Age of Strategy Forums

In campaigns all the technologies are unlocked for AI but we have to unlock them so that seige weapons are built by AI faster .
when I played the game before tech are unlocked for me also but when I reinstalled this is happening is this the intended behavior if so why the advantage for AI ?
