Mountains - worker should remove mountains.

The workers should be able to remove the rocks. If not, there should be another way to get rid of them.

Yes, sometimes you know you have already lost because you need too much time to get around them

The problem is the game must then change the texture of the tile ad the stuff around it.

It could just cover that tile with another standard tile (like a building where you can pass through) it myght appear as a tunnel or something like this
