ornithopter/siege barracks - ANSWERED

Why can't the ornithopter be produced in the siege barrack along with its technology?
you are right, flight is removed from siege building.
and i plan to put it into the advancements center only (to make it harder to get) - would that be good?
EDIT: not good... adv. center is not available on non upgrade games... so TC will have the tech.
