You will get random USAs units to random town

I think it'd be cool to have a Lend-Lease tech, but I think gameplay wise, this would be a bit wierd, even if it is more historicaly accurate. How about instead, have it add an extra option to units that allows them to teleport from a friendly town to a random (or possibly selected) allied town and transfer ownsership to that player. This would potentialy allow for much more cooperation between allies if one is isolated.

What do design leaders think of this?
