It can be used in 2 ways.
1. Your army and your team's army can go in the tower to heal or hide.
2. If your team puts an army into the tower it will turn into your army for you to use

It could be used to make units attack two time in a row
For example i use an archer to attack and move it into the tower.
My ally can now use the same unit to attack again.
